Affordable Housing Database
In accordance with State of California Law, the City must, as successor agency to the former Redevelopment Agency, compile and maintain a database of affordable rental or owner-occupied housing units developed or assisted with the agency’s Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Fund.
The database must provide specific information on existing, new, and substantially rehabilitated rental or owner-occupied housing units developed or assisted with moneys from the agency’s Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Fund. Please be aware that most of the listed units are occupied.
