The City Council meets regularly on Mondays at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall. For schedules, agendas, minutes, and video links, please check the Council Calendar below.
Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure sets the time, manner, and method by which a judicial review can be had of a decision made by the City.
Accessing Agenda Materials
Reports and documents for each agenda item are available every Thursday preceding the Council Meeting.
Here are four easy ways to access agenda materials:

- Agenda materials are available at the Simi Valley Public Library (2969 Tapo Canyon Road) during normal operating hours
- You can request documents from the Office of the City Clerk, (2929 Tapo Canyon Road) 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

How to Speak at a City Council Meeting
Members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend Public City Council Meeting Sessions in person. Public meetings are held to hear the views of residents, community leaders, and other valued parties.
The City Council establishes meeting protocols to ensure efficient City Council Meetings.
