The Graffiti Abatement Program is part of the Maintenance Services Division of Public Works. The Program addresses approximately 1,000 incidents of graffiti (averaged over the past five years), which occur in the City each year. The removal of graffiti is accomplished with the stated goal of 24-hour removal from the time that the graffiti is reported.

Over the last several years, the City Council has designated the resources to minimize the problem of graffiti in Simi Valley, as reflected in the following graph: Comparison of Annual Graffiti Incidents 2000-2023

Report Graffiti

If you wish to report an incident of graffiti, please call the Graffiti Hotline at (805) 583-6444. Graffiti Abatement Requests can also be reported by reporting graffiti online.
