Availability Letter

An Availability Letter may be required to document that City of Simi Valley water services are available to the property.

To initiate an Availability Letter request, please complete the Request for Availability / Will-Serve form and e-mail it to waterworks@simivalley.org.

Will-Serve Letter

A Will-Serve Letter provides assurance that the City of Simi Valley will provide water services, under specified conditions, to a property. In order to receive a Will-Serve Letter, Connection Fees must be paid. Generally, a Will-Serve Letter is required for a property owner to obtain a Building Permit from the property's land use jurisdiction (this could be either the City of Simi Valley or the County of Ventura).

To initiate a Will-Serve Letter request, please complete the Request for Availability / Will-Serve form and e-mail it to waterworks@simivalley.org.

Whenever requesting information, please provide your contact information: your name, phone number / e-mail address, and street address or Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) of the property location for which you are seeking sewer/water services. Our staff will respond promptly.
