Single family residences are billed via their property tax bill. However, new property owners within Simi Valley Waterworks District #8 are temporarily billed on their water bill and Golden State Water Company customers are billed by the City of Simi Valley Administrative Services Department until charges can be established on their tax assessment.
Multi-family residences within Simi Valley Waterworks District #8 may be billed via their bi-monthly water bill. Accounts located within Golden State Water Company service area receive a separate sewer bill from the City’s Administrative Services Department.
