The Simi Valley Planning Commission consists of five members appointed by the City Council. The Planning Commission is empowered to review and approve a wide variety of planning applications and makes recommendations to the City Council on zone changes, General Plan Amendments and other matters.

Meetings

The Planning Commission meets on the first Wednesday after the first Monday of each month and two weeks after the first meeting. Some meetings are canceled, and special meeting dates are occasionally added.
