The North Canyon Ranch project is a 160-acre proposed residential development, located in the northwestern portion of Simi Valley, north of the 118 Freeway and west of Erringer Road, just north of the existing multi-family development known as the “Avalon,” and the Simi Valley Town Center.

The proposed project would include a residential development of 157 single-family homes and 50 multi-family units, along with open space, roadways, landscaping and slope areas and will be accessed via the extension of Falcon Street from Erringer Road on the east, to the northerly terminus of First Street on the west.

The project site is currently in unincorporated Ventura County territory, which is proposed for annexation to the City of Simi Valley. 

The North Canyon Ranch Public Scoping Meeting was held on August 18, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Simi Valley Public Library, located at 2969 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley, CA 93063.
