The Oversight Board supervises the activities of the Successor Agency to the Simi Valley Community Development Agency. The Oversight Board has a fiduciary responsibility to various property taxing entities and holders of Enforceable Obligations of the Simi Valley Community Development Agency, which was dissolved by the State of California in July 2012.
All meetings of the Oversight Board are open to the public.
