Southern California Edison (SCE) and the City of Simi Valley will help Simi Valley residential customers "follow the sun" with a free informational session on the California Solar Initiative (CSI) program and the incentives it offers to homeowners who decide to "go solar."

Customers will learn about:

Solar energy basics
Benefits of installing a solar energy system
Tax credits and other financial models that can help reduce upfront costs
Financial incentives through the CSI program

The 90-minute, non-technical, easy-to-understand information session will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Simi Valley City Hall, in the City Council Chambers, 2929 Tapo Canyon Road (map ).
