The Simi Valley Youth Employment Service (YES) invites youth ages 13 to 16 to participate in an "Entering the Workforce Workshop" on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m., at the Simi Valley Public Library.
The "Entering the Workforce Workshop" focuses on employment law, employment options for young teens, workplace ethics and safety, and job readiness. The workshop and handout materials are provided free of charge. Space for this session is limited and will be provided on a first-reserved, first-served basis. Walk-ins are also welcome.
The YES program is provided at no cost to the youth of Simi Valley and offers a wide variety of services.
