VCCDC Homebuyer Education Workshop

The City of Simi Valley and Ventura County Community Development Corporation (VCCDC) invite you to participate in a free Homebuyer Education Workshop.  This FREE six and a half-hour workshop (valued at $100.00) will show you how YOU can afford to buy a home. The top 5 reasons why people think they're not able to buy a home are:
  1. Credit isn't good enough 
  2. No money for down payment 
  3. Don't make enough income
  4. Think renting is cheaper than owning
  5. Process seems too complicated
