Start your Halloween Celebration with the Simi Valley Public Library!

10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Annual Family Halloween Spooktacular. Get an early start on Halloween! Games, prizes, and crafts. Meet and mingle with a favorite storybook character or two. Face painting and storytime. Wear a costume and join the parade through the Children’s Room. Fun for all ages. For more information, click here.
2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Classic Film Screening: Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948). Two hapless freight handlers find themselves encountering Dracula, the Frankenstein Monster and the Wolf Man. See the hi-jinks of these two great comics on the big screen.
5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Hallo-Extravaganza: a Halloween Party just for Teens! Hang with your friends in the Library at our After Hours Halloween Lock-In. There will be a costume contest, screening of Coraline, pre-carved pumpkin contest, crafting, scavenger hunt, games and prizes. This event is only for middle and high school students.
