Dr. Sean Anderson will talk about the Plains All American pipeline rupture on May 19, 2015, which impacted Santa Barbara beaches. He will discuss the oil spill in the context of other infamous oil spills including the 1969 Santa Barbara Spill, the 2010 Deepwater Horizon blowout in the Gulf of Mexico, and many others.
