Senior Center Presentation: Aging in Place, Is It a Good Idea?

Should you stay in your home as you age? If you decide to sell your home, what are your options and what is the housing market like? Is low-income housing available in Simi Valley? If you decide to stay in your home, would a reverse mortgage be a viable financial tool? Learn the answers to these questions and more from a panel of experts on Tuesday, October 7, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi.
