The Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) is seeking teens aged 13-19 who want to make a difference and join its Teen Council for the 2014-2015 school year. All Ventura County students are encouraged to apply. Participants will take part in community activities and learn how the VCTC works, while gaining an understanding of the importance of their civic involvement.
