Mark your calendars to attend the 2012 Senior Wellness Expo (flyer) on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Simi Valley Senior Center (map). This year will be more exciting than ever. Agencies, whose primary mission is to serve the needs of the senior population, will be providing various health screenings, including carotid artery, bone density, and hearing.

To allow for overflow parking, there will be shuttle service to the Expo from Rancho Tapo “Lemon” Park, 3700 Avenida Simi, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District will provide the bus, and it can accommodate wheelchairs. As usual, there will be chances to win fabulous door prizes for visiting the vendors.
