Each year the City of Simi Valley and the Ventura County Fire Department offer refresher training for all CERT graduates (individuals who have completed all seven CERT training modules and have received a CERT certificate).  The Refresher Training is only open to those who have completed the basic Community Emergency Response Training (CERT) program.
