The City of Simi Valley will be hosting a Homebuyer Workshop presented by the Ventura County Community Development Corporation (VCCDC). This free Homebuyer Workshop is a HUD approved course that covers the basics of buying a home; including tips to boost your credit, information about first-time buyer mortgages, down payment assistance and more. This is a great opportunity for Simi Valley residents who are interested in purchasing a home as well as for those who are interested in participating in the City's Homeownership Opportunities. 

The Homebuyer Workshop will take place on Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., at the following location:
