Backyard Compost Bin and Rain Barrel Truckload Sale

On Saturday, March 27, 2010, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., the County of Ventura will be sponsoring a one-day backyard compost bin and rain barrel truckload sale at Moorpark College and the County Government Center in Ventura. The event is open to all residents on a first-come, first-serve basis and is a way to take advantage of discounted prices for these products. Compost bins and rain barrels are a great way to save money, divert material from landfills, and conserve water.
