Mobile Home Rent Mediation Board Annual Meeting

The Mobile Home Rent Mediation Board (Board) was created by the City Council to create a means of settling rental disputes in large (over 100 homesites) mobile home parks in Simi Valley. Mediation hearings are brought to the Board through a petition process. The Board also meets once a year to review and forward a survey of mobile home rents and vacancies. The public is welcome to attend these meetings.
