Please join us at the Simi Valley Public Library on Thursday, June 16th, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for our first Envision Simi Valley community workshop!

Envision Simi Valley is a grant-funded project that will create a community vision for the development of areas of Los Angeles Avenue and Tapo Street, including the provision of new housing, commercial, and recreational opportunities.  The project will also update to the City’s economic development strategy for these two areas to meet the future needs of residents, businesses, and visitors.

At this workshop, the consultants will review the Envision Simi Valley project including the goals, previous work completed, and some potential opportunities and constraints.

There will also be an opportunity for the community to provide feedback and share what you want to see in these areas, and what do you not want to see.  Attendees can ask questions of the project team and participate in an interactive workshop to add your feedback to project boards.
