Pursuant to the City Resolution 2021-45, City Council Members may be participating via teleconference and/or video conference.

Meeting agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the meeting at City Hall, and on the City's website.  Staff reports are also available via the website agenda by 5:30 p.m. the Friday before the meeting.
