Startup Simi invites all budding entrepreneurs and/or small business owners to attend a free online event on Thursday, September 30, at 6:00 p.m.  The event titled, “You Have the Talent and the Idea… Now What?” will be led by Keynote Speaker Meghan Tarry, Chief Solutions Specialist with In 2 On Consulting. Ms. Tarry will share her “must have” list for entrepreneurs of all ages as they look to start a new business. She will share what really goes into owning and running a business and how to simplify and streamline your business operations.

More about the presenter:  Meghan received her MBA and BA in Communications from California Lutheran University and is the owner and founder of In 2 On Consulting.  Among other accolades, Meghan recently received the Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Ventura County chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO VC).

Startup Simi, coordinating the event, is a business incubator designed to provide opportunities for local entrepreneurs to grow, develop and launch their business in Simi Valley. The purpose of this program is to provide resources, support and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs to help them in the beginning stages of their business. In addition to speaker series events, Startup Simi also produces entrepreneur-minded content on a blog and will be producing a 3-day startup weekend for local entrepreneurs in the first half of 2022. The ultimate goal is to create a physical entrepreneurial center in Simi Valley so new businesses can have a place where they can connect, create and inspire.
