The Simi Valley Youth Council is hosting its third Annual Talent Show on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. This event will be livestreamed on both Zoom and Facebook Live, and will showcase outstanding gifts and abilities from community members of all ages. There are over 20 competitive and showcase acts scheduled to perform in a variety of categories, such as vocal, dance, instrumental, and band performances.

This is the second year that the Talent Show will be hosted virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many performance venues have been shut down since March of 2020, leaving local artists deprived of places to express themselves through their passions for the arts.

A panel of three judges will help select the winners. Thanks to a few generous anonymous donors, cash prizes will be awarded in specific categories in addition to a People's Choice winner.

The Talent Show was initially developed to serve as a fundraiser to help support the Youth Council's community projects and events. It will be a free event this year.
