The Simi Valley Youth Council and Cultural Arts Center are excited to be working together to bring a virtual multicultural festival to the community.  The next festival event will begin at 7:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 24, 2021 with Cultural Cuisine, featuring tasty culinary demonstrations!

The next planned showcase will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021: the Origin Stories event will highlight stories from residents about their cultures and experiences.

Also launching in May is the Anthropological Art virtual exhibit, showing culturally inspired work from local artists.

“I encourage everyone, no matter your background, to participate in the virtual multicultural festival events hosted by the Youth Council and Cultural Arts Center,” stated the Multicultural Festival Chair Ashlyn Ro. “We believe that it is important to celebrate cultural diversity and inclusivity by uplifting and supporting all individuals. Together, we will continue to build a strong community that celebrates diversity in Simi Valley!”
