You may participate in the meeting by submitting written comments or requesting to speak.  If you would like to submit a written comment, please send an email to the Recording Secretary at planningcomments@simivalley.org.  If you would like to speak on an agenda item, please send an email to planningcomments@simivalley.org no later than 3:30 p.m. the day of the meeting.    Please refer to agenda for instructions.
