IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR’S EXECUTIVE STAY AT HOME ORDER AND THE COUNTY OF VENTURA HEALTH OFFICER DECLARED LOCAL HEALTH EMERGENCY AND STAY WELL AT HOME ORDER RESULTING FROM THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS, ALL CITY BUILDINGS ARE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC.
The Simi Valley City Council invites residents to participate at a public meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, to discuss the City’s FY 2020-21 Proposed Budget and Capital Improvement Program.
This meeting will provide residents and business owners with the opportunity to hear a brief overview presentation by City staff and then to provide input and feedback. Comments from the public meeting will be summarized, then provided to the City Council for consideration during budget deliberations.

comment portion of the meeting. If you wish to make a public comment, you must be signed into
the meeting and available at the time public comment called.
The public meeting process was designed by the City Council to provide transparency and open discussion about the budget challenges and opportunities during this budget development process. The Proposed Budget will be considered by the City Council for adoption at its meeting on June 8, 2020.
The FY 2020-21 Proposed Budget and FY 2020-21 Proposed Capital Improvement Program are available for review and are on the City’s Budget page at www.simivalley.org/budget.
