The Simi Valley Youth Council and the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute will host the 6th Annual Simi Valley Youth Town Hall on Friday, January 17, 2020.
The Youth Town Hall is a model youth-led, youth-driven event, providing a venue for middle and high school students to ask questions to members of an education-focused discussion panel. Panelists include; Simi Valley Unified School District Director of Secondary Education Dr. Deborah Salgado, Ventura County Office of Education Operations Specialist of Health and Prevention Programs Gabe Teran, Not One More President Pat Montoya, and Ventura County Public Health Health Education and Health Policy Community Services Coordinator Vicky Gonzales. Youth Town Hall attendees will have the unique opportunity to ask panelists a variety of questions of concern via Flipgrid, Poll Everywhere, social media and the use of comment cards.
