TO FIND OUT HOW YOU MAY ELECTRONICALLY PARTICIPATE IN THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING AND PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT, PLEASE REFER TO AGENDA ITEM 4 AND AGENDA ITEM 5 OF THIS AGENDA.
